Doolmotion ("we", "us", "our") provides digital motion graphics, editing tools, and creative software products ("Products") through our website at doolmotion.com. Our payment processing and merchant-of-record services are provided by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle").

2. Products and Digital Delivery
All Doolmotion products are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive:
- An automated email from Paddle confirming your purchase
- A license key and download link for your product
- Installation documentation and onboarding resources
Delivery is instant or within a few minutes of payment confirmation. If you do not receive your download within 30 minutes, contact us at support@doolmotion.com.
3. License Grant
Upon purchase, Doolmotion grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased Product subject to the following terms:
You may:
- Install and use the Product on up to 2 (two) computers that you personally own or control
- Use the Product in commercial client projects (Commercial Client License included)
- Use the Product to create and sell videos, motion graphics, and edited content
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Product or its license key with others
- Use the Product to create competing motion graphics products, template packs, or preset libraries for sale
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Product files beyond their intended use
- Claim authorship of Doolmotion's preset designs or motion systems
4. Payments and Pricing
All transactions are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all Doolmotion purchases. Paddle is responsible for:
- Collecting payment from you
- Calculating and remitting applicable sales tax and VAT
- Issuing tax-compliant invoices and receipts
- Handling payment disputes and chargebacks
Prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes depending on your location, as determined by Paddle at checkout. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All Doolmotion Products — including preset files, motion systems, sound design assets, documentation, and branding — are the exclusive intellectual property of Doolmotion and protected by copyright law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
6. Software Updates
Doolmotion provides free lifetime updates for the purchased version of the Product. Updates are delivered via the same download link or email notification. We reserve the right to change Product features in updates; however, core functionality will be maintained or improved.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary, we offer a 14-day evaluation window from the date of purchase. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Doolmotion Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Products will be error-free or compatible with every version of third-party software.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doolmotion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, through binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction in which Doolmotion operates.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Products after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on our website.
